Produce onigiri
1） Please take out the lower mold from the onigiri machine
２） After measure the weight of lower mold,put rice in to the lower mold.
Measure the weight of lower mold again，estimate rice's weight
３） After put the rice into the lower mold，put the lower mold
into its origin position.
There are 2 hardware before and after the lower mold, please put
the lower mold between them.
If don't put in the right position, there will be the possibility of
damage bruising with upper mold
４） With both hands holding the forming rod central to press。
Forming bar will stop at the stop position
If stop,please don't force the pressure！
Or forming bar will have broken situation。
５） Press rod with slow force, and backtracking。
Forming rod can backtracking with spring force 。
Operation manual onigiri machine,must take resin gloves、
Gloves surface Sterilization with alcohol etc。
onigiri forming operate、take out the onigiri，If you still
need use it . Wipe it with alcohol, wet towels etc.
６） take out the lower mold 、put it on the support body of middle mold,
middle mold automatic rising, you can get the onigiri.
７） Take out the onigiri,then finished!
８） Repeated the action,then produce onigiri。
Reference１ If you want to have a gap between Rice Ball center、put half
rice into the lower mold、then put into the tooling,then put into the
other half rice.
Reference２ If you want to have a gap between rice ball center，Use
finger with resin glove to press the middle line of formed onigiri in the
lower mold . some one like this way!
Must take fingers and gloves with alcohol sterilization,
please implement.
