Description
The black marlin is found in tropical and subtropical Indo-Pacific oceans. A marlin has an elongated body, a spear-like snout, and a long rigid dorsal fin. It can reach a length of 4-5 meters and 670 kilograms in weight.
Our black marlin is caught by long line vessels in the Pacific Ocean, a dolphinsafe fishing method. The wide range of products consists of loins, chunks, saku, steaks, portions, slices and specialty products like smoked marlin.
