Q1: My Snore Go away doesn't seem to be function. What could be the problems?

 

A1: It could be any of the following conditions. Please read through and check your Snore Go away again.

 

1.Snore Go away's power HAVE NOT been switched on, and the LED indicator is not flashing. Please turn the power on.

 

2.The background is very noisy (especially at daytime) when you press the test button.

 

3.In the testing procedure, you HAVE NOT pressed the test button at least 4~5 times repeatedly.

 

4.You have adjusted the intensity to a very low level.

 

 

 

Q2: Does Snore Stopper really reduce my snoring ?

 

A2: Snoring is caused by a narrow airway. Firstly, when we sleep, our nerves are in a relaxed state. When the air moves into the narrow airway during breathing, it causes the soft tissues of throat (tonsils, soft palate & uvula) to vibrate, snoring is the sound of such vibration. A4: This may be caused by two reasons.

 

1. the difference in gender, age, body size, and skin impedance will cause the variations in feeling. In fact, the intensity of the output pulse lies within the safe range, so generally a user should feel it. Low-intensity feeling may be caused when a user is distracted when using it.

 

2. the skin's nerves are more sensitive during the night. Since the device is designed to be used at night, it's normal to feel a lower intensity when tested at daytime.

 

 

 

Q5: Why doesn't Snore Go away work when I 'simulate' the snores in a quiet background?

 

A5: Since Snore Stopper’s special biosensor is designed according to the biophysical properties of snoring, it will only output if you 'simulate' in such a way : 3 consecutive snores with the same frequency and dB above 65 dB. Following this direction and try again.
