Snowy Moon Cake Powder 250g
Ingredients: refine rice flour,starch,milk powder,icing sugar.
Recipe: premixed powder 1000g,distilled water or pure water 500g,white shortening 200g.
Method: 1. Shift the premixed powder,blendwith distilled water or pure water at medium speed for 4 minutes,at fast speed for 1 minute until it is smooth and tenacity.
2.Add in white shortening and blend;
3.Seperate dough and shapen dough after one hour setting aside and let it rest(it will be better if freezing)
4.Keep in refrigerator after finishing the moon cake.
