Dark green powder, with a special smell. Soluble in water and ethanol solution. Water solution display transparent green. The light resistance, heat resistance, stability will be increased & colour will be deepened with the concentration increased. Strong colour adhesive, the light & heat stability is not excellent. But it will have better performance in solid food. Sediment will be occurred under PH<6 acid solution. So it will be applied in alkaline food which PH within 7~12 range.
It can be dissolved in water and alcohol solution easily,but not in oil. Color of solution changes when PH is different. The powder can't absorb moisture and can't form solid.
