Character: White crystal, with acetic Acid smell. Easily absorb moisture, easily soluble in water. When heated to 150a??, it will decompose . PH value is about 4.5-5.0 in 1% aqueous solution.

 

Usage: In food industry it is used as buffering agent, chelating agent.

 

Packing It is paged with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
