Food Grade
(1)Used as a flavoring or sweetener in order to improve the flavor and taste of food, to retain its original color and to provide a source of sweet; in combination with DL-alanine or citron acid; used as a acid corrector or buffer for the composition of wine and soft beverage; used as an additive for the making of salted vegetables, sweet jams, vinegar and fruit juice, because glycine can play a buffering role in the taste-of edible salt and vinegar for its amino and carboxyl having strong buffering effects; or used as sweetener alone.
(2)Used as an antiseptic agent for fish flakes, peanut jams and tofu products to inhibit the reproduction of bacillus subtilis and E.coli;
(3)Used as a Stabilizer for cream, cheese, margarine,fast cooked noodles,wheat flour, lard and vitamin C because of its certain role in metal chelation and antioxidation;
