Our soft candy powder has better characteristic comparing with agar, gelatin and pectin. The soft candy made from our product, with fine and smooth taste, high elasticity and transparency, is not easy to be dissolved in summer or sticky to teeth.
The product, with harder taste and better elasticity, has good liquidity when filling into mould, it is suitable for soft candy products especially for soft corn candy and those require harder and more elastic tastes.
