“Established in 1997, Adegas Valmiñor is a modern winery with strong Celtic roots, and is located in the O Rosal sub-zone (Pontevedra-Spain). With 34 hectares of our own vineyards in O Rosal, Adegas Valmiñor aspires to be in the vanguard of the wine sector in Spain.
This vanguard is based on lands and vineyards selection, on an exquisite care of the grapes and the use of last generation technologies in order to produce a wide range of wines with character that never leave expert consumers indifferent.

PROCESSING:
Albariño cold maceration (10 ºC). Fermentation in a 2.500 litre French oak barrel. Ageing on the lees for three months in oak, with batonnage. Blending with the other two varieties (caiño and loureiro). Ageing in stainless steel for another three months. Resting in the bottle for six months prior to distribution.

TASTING NOTES:
