The Pithoi Sparkling Red wine is a fresh wine, simple to drink and moderate alcohol content. Note : In Ancient times 'Pithoi' were anforas used for the fermentation of quality wines, they gave the wine special taste and scent. It is a lively wine, of a brilliant deep pink colour, with fine persistent perlage. An excellent balance between acidity and sugar, which brings out its bouquet, freshness and a pleasant palate. Young floral and fruity notes which remind us of rose, strawberry, Cherry and raspberry. Perfect to go with fish starter, risotto, pizza and as an aperitif in general.
