This wine is produced following the brut method in the cellar, that at the end of the process is dealcoholized to give as a result this magnificent and versatile product with no alcohol.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES

This wine is an excellent white of a great taste, very refreshing with long-lasting very fine bubbles.

Particularly recommended to be combined with light soups, creams or cold vichyssoise.

It also combines greatly salads and any type of cheese.

Grape: Riesling (50%) and Airen (50%)

DESALCOHOLIZATION PROCESS

Sparkling Blanc has been developed by means of a system known as vacuum distillation at low temperatures, which is the most traditional and less aggressive of any alcohol-extraction methods.

Using this sophisticated process, the previously fermented wine in stainless steel tanks, does not suffer any temperature or pressure aggression.

Thanks to this "deconstruction" the risk of losing flavor components in the wine is minimized.
