Our range of food phosphates includes simple phosphates (marketed under the brand name Europhos), and speciality phosphates (Kasomel, Carfosel) designed for specific industries.
Simple phosphates are sodium, potassium or calcium salts of phosphoric acid.
Of our speciality phosphates, the Carfosel range is designed for use in the meat and fish industry, while the Kasomel range is used in the processed cheese industry.
