Specialty Batters, as the name implies, are groups of Batters which have been specially formulated for a specific application category. Many of these Specialty Batters are used in signature items on foodservice menus or premium quality frozen snacks and specialties sold in grocery stores. While consumers may have developed flavor and texture "standards" for these items, it's important to recognize that Specialty Batters are not off-the-shelf products at Newly Weds® Foods.
