This is a product from a single Koroneiki variery olives of exceptional quality, aroma, and taste. The oil is from the first cold pressing of Kalamata olives and bears an acidity level of 0.376 as per government certification. This is an organic, kosher, 100% natural product of premium quality not easily found around the world except in the Kalamata region of Greece. Our products are produced, packed, and shipped directly from Kalamata, Greece, and distributed by KLS, a producer, importer/exporter, and sole distributor of the SperchoGaia brand.
The SperchoGaia brand is so exclusive that can only be found at high end boutique restaurants and a few specialty markets. However, we are now in the process of making this outstanding product available to wider markets, and we have other sizes available, from 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 750ml, 1lt in Maraska or Dorica glass bottles, as well as 3lt and 5-lt tin packaging.
