Preparation:
1. Cut and wash clean for chicken part.
2. Coated with spicy fried chicken mix.
3. To make spicy fried chicken batter (Ration 100gm mix: 180 water, stir well). Dip into batter.
4. Coating again with spicy fried chicken mix.
5.Gentle drop the chicken part into fryer. 170 degree celcius, 10-12 minutes for chicken part, 4 minutes for chicken cubes.
