This is a multifloral honey type collected by the honeybees from different floral sources such as borage, red clover, citrus, thistles, and others. It is generally of a light yellow coloration. This type of honey is generally collected by the honeybees from March till May. Spring honey crystallizes into a dense light coloured medium.
This product is available in hexagonal glass jars of various sizes including 50g, 150g, 250g, 350g and 500g. It is also possible to supply spring honey in bulk containers of 5kgs and 25kgs.
