Preparation

 

Step1. Take 1 pack 2g of Kefir powder and add into 500ml milk.

 

Step2. Mix them well using clean spoon or stick.

 

Step3. Cap it lightly and put in room temperature(about 25°C) with no shaking for 18-24 hours, till the milk coagulates, save in refrigerator and enjoy it as soon as possible. The key point for making kefir is the temperature(25°C-30°C), if you are making it in a cold season keep it in a warm place, please.
