Cooking directions: cook the noodles in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes and rinse with cold water. As you like, you can mix the ready noodles with cooked seasonings, or cook with stock, vegetables, meats etc., or stir-fry with your favorite seasonings for another 1-2 minutes.
