Sucralose is an artificial sweetener???has recently become a favorite of the food industry because it possesses desirable physical properties, such as tolerance to high temperatures, tolerance to high and low pH, a pleasant taste, very low caloric value (2 calories/teaspoon), and maximum sweetness using small amounts.

 1???Appearance: white odorless crystal, soluble in water (20°C, about 26%; 60°C, about 54%). Soluble in ethyl alcohol (20°C, about 11%, 60°C, about 20%). There is no bubble or granule during solve process.

Sucralose belongs to a category of sweeteners called "non-nutritive," meaning that they do not provide a significant number of calories.
