1. Pour the soup base into a stainless steel bowl.                                                                                       2. Pour 60ml of the sauce into the bowl.                                                                                                    3. Pour 360ml of heated chicken stock soup.                                                                                              4. Mix well.                                                                                                                                            5. Cook the noodles and drain them, then place into another bowl.                                                                6. Separate the noodle in the soup.                                                                                                        *** Bok-choy, Nikumiso (Mince with miso), and spring onion can be served as toppings.




 

♦ Easy way to make Nikumiso using " Ninniku miso (E-957)" 

  You can make “Nikumiso” to fry with this sauce and pork mince.


 

1. Put the lard as required into a heated wok.                                                                                            2. Prepare 60g of pork mince in a bowl.                                                                                                     3. Put pork mince into the wok and stir fry.                                                                                                4. Put 10g of "Ninniku miso (E-957)" into the wok.                                                                                     5. Stir fry until the sauce and mince are well combined.                                                                         6.You can serve the Nikumiso on tan-tan men as topping.
