Noni is a fruit native to India and Southeast Asia was brought by nomadic groups across Polynesia to Central America and South America. It grows in tropical areasand according to popular knowledge, Noni helps to strengthen the immune system and helps increase energy and vitality levels. It also improves the way in which cells absorb nutrients. It is considered a great antioxidant. The ripe fruit is about 8 cm, the size of a potato, and has a yellow color which changes to white to chocolate,the flesh is dense when ripe. It has a bitter taste, odor and flavor, but yet is generally used as a dietary supplement food for their nutritional benefits. The Noni plant flourishes in virgin soils near the sea. It can grow from between 10 to 20 feet high.
