If your sweetcorn equipment is equipped with an Electronic Salt/Sweet Heat Control; select the Sweet switch position and dump the kettle based on the indicator. Consult Products regarding the adjustment of the indicator.
It is recommended that the steamer heat be turned off approximately thirty (30) seconds before the end of the last cycle. This will make clean up easier.
Add salt to the steam corn immediately after dumped. The sweetcorn kiosk will be slightly tacky thus improving the adherence of the salt on the sweetcorn. Use Gold Medal Products original #2045 Flavacol or 2500 Premier Flavacol seasoning salts.
Use a scoop to thoroughly mix the corn for an even dispersion of heavy/lightly coated steam.
