This sparkling wine is made by blending of the types of wine ” Arany Sárfehér ” , Rajnai Rizling, and Olaszrizling, with a fermentation of 12 months. It is a characterized by cleared autolysis odours and harmonic acid composition. Its special appearance and the selected, quality basic materials make this soarkling wine to the drink of the feasts and the special events. We reccomend its comsumption at 6-8 celsius as aperitif, and for dishes from Asparagus and from other vegetables, for grilled meats, for roasted fishes, for pheasant and meat soups.
