Our cassava chips are made from a good production process. We select the best cassava root to ensure that
our cassava chips are the highest starch content. This is due to the fact that farmers are encouraged to use only recommended varieties of cassava/tapioca to ensure that percentage of flour obtained is the highest.
After that, the cassava rhizome were removed and the cassava was cleaned by sieving to remove soil and
contaminants. Then chopped into small pieces to ease the sun to dry and to ensure moisture content is reduced. Otherwise it will cause mold. Finished and collected into the warehouse to prevent moisture and rain to damage.
