The frozen boneless beef are manufactured from one of the famous cattle type of China called “Qingchuan” cattle. And it is processed in a well-equipped modernized halal slaughterhouses. All the cattle are slaughtered strictly according to the Islamic rites. The meat is fresh red in color, much tender and good in taste when it is cooked. The beef has been exporting to Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and others countries and regions. The weight of live young bull is up to 400kg with the carcass weight of 220kg min. It is divided into forequarter and hindquarter (hindquarter including topside, silverside, rump, striploin, tenderloin, cuberoll and knuckle.
