Growing Region - South Eastern Australia A combination of regions throughout South Eastern Australia contribute to create the [yellow tail] Reserve. These include
Big Rivers, Adelaide Hills, Henty, Mornington Peninsula and Pyrenees.
Tasting Notes
We have blended riper fruit from the Riverina and Sunraysia with cool area wines (Adelaide Hills, Mornington Peninsula,
Henty and Pyrenees) to obtain a more mouthfilling and fruit forward wine, but retain the finesse of the cooler areas.
Apple, pear and lime flavours combine with floral hints before the crisp mineral acid provides a long finish.
Cellaring Potential
Designed to be consumed whilst young and fresh but may be enjoyed for the next twelve months.
Suggested Food
The fresh cleansing palate lends itself quite easily to spicy Asian foods and compliments Thai prawns or Bok Choy
pleasantly. seafood and tangy vinaigrettes also make great partners to this wine.
