4. Product Description:
4.1 Configuration
1) Japanese Mitsubishi computer control.
2) Japan Mitsubishi 10.4-inch large GT2310 color interface touch screen, control screen push-pull design.
3) The Mitsubishi servo system controls high-speed and high-precision stepping speed.
4) Import European brand Italian REGINA chain.
5) Japan Mitsubishi computer temperature control module system, intelligent heating function, precise temperature control.
6) Imported electrical appliances.
7) Pneumatic part adopts Japanese SMC valve island type pneumatic system.
8) Original German (BUSCH) RA0203D special vacuum pump,which is environmental friendly,high tensile, pollution-free, vacuum swept volume of 200 cubic meters per hour, vacuum degree vacuum up to 0.1 millibars, built-in original Germany BUSCH RA0111F type high vacuum molding vacuum pump.
9) Imported optical electric tracking system, colorful covering film is available, guaranteed pattern position to be accurate.
