1. Pour the Tokyo shoyu ramen soup (AD-758) into a stainless steel container.                                              2. Pour 36ml of Tokyo shoyu ramen soup (AD-758) and 5g of lard into a bowl.                                              3. Pour 360ml of heated pork & chicken soup stock.                                                                                   4. Mix well.                                                                                                                                            5. Cook some noodles and drain them then place into the bowl.                                                                    6. Stir the noodles with chopsticks to break them up.                                                                              ***Serve with BBQ pork, bamboo shoots, onion, and seaweed as toppings.

1. For room temperature, lard oil in the solid formin white. Use it with boiled water at 80 dgree celucius.
2. Use 2kg of Chicken Soup Liquid for 6 to 8 litres of water.
