Ingredient: 100% fresh, sound, ripe tomatoes

Brix (solids): 28-30%, 30-32%, 36-38%

Bostwick (at 12.5 Brix): 1. 28-30%: 3.0-6.5 cm/30sec (hot break); 7-10cm/30sec (cold break);

2.       30-32%: 3.0-6.5 cm/30sec (hot break); 7-10cm/30sec (cold break)

3.       36-38%: 7-10cm/30sec (cold break)

Color A/B (at 12.5 Brix A/B): 2.1min

Tomato lycopene: 55mg/100g min

Foreign material: Shall be free from pits, stems, skins, dirt and other foreign material

Packing format: 220 liter aseptic bag in iron drum packing, 80drums/20’ fcl

Storage: Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area, prevent direct sunshine to the products.

Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture, under appropriate storage conditions.
