3 green apples, diced
2 slalks celery, chopped
1 x 440 g can Pineapple Pieces, drained
125 ml plain yoghurt
20 ml Colman's mint jelly
Combine the apples, celery and pineapple in a bowl. Mix the yoghurt and mint jelly together. Pour over the apple mixture and mix well. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Chill well before serving.
