The ice thickness is 6-12mm (it is adjustable), and the size is between 30*40mm-45*80mm irregular shape, that is suitable for the large scale industry like dyeing industry. The surface area of it is between large block ice and flake ice. In this way, it avoides the disadvantage of slow temperature decreasing of the reactor because of small contact area of crushed block ice; at the same time, it overcomes the shortcoming of flake ice, too rapid melting, easily rebounded reactor, unstable temperature controlling.

Usually used for ice storage systems, also apply to concrete mixing plants, chemical plants, mine, fresh vegetables, fishing and other aquatic insulation.
