Muesli is a wholesome mix of several kinds of cereals (oat, wheat, rye, corn) with tasty toppings: dried and candied fruit, sunflower seeds, wheat germ. It gives a real boost of energy, mainly from the complex carbohydrates that are beneficial for your body. It also contains fibre, B vitamins and, thanks to the addition of dried fruit, it becomes a natural source of vitamins and minerals.
