Trout roe is a delicacy and is known as a luxury product worldwide. We process the trout roe in different ways depending on which market and customer segment it is applying to.
The main part of our trout roe is produced as sujiko for the Japanese market. Sujiko is a Japanese speciality where they salt the roe sacs, grade them and packed them in special packing of 5 kg for the Japanese market.
Another important product is trout caviar. Here all eggs are beeing removed from the roe sack. We can offer this as a bulk product, not salted or as a salted product, ready for consumption.
