It’s ideal for who wants to add a strong truffle’s flavour to his dishes. Tip: try it with pasta, risotto and bruschetta. 

Traditional Mustard

Goccia Umbra offers the mustard prepared with mixed fruit carefully selected according to the unique and ancient recipe of Cremona. The traditional mustard is ideal with cheese, cold ctus and meat thanks to his sweet and slightly spicy taste.
