MS-Hazelnut Roasted Paste is a viscose semi-product obtained by crushing roasted hazelnut kernels (slightly, medium or over-roasted) with proper techniques and used in making crushed hazelnut. Our high-quality hazelnut paste has been dry-roasted to perfection, and does not contain any preservatives or emulsifiers, or any added sugar. Moreover, our hazelnut paste products are produced from delightful Turkish Hazelnuts by crushing and mashing them with press.

Hazelnut Roasted Paste adds flavor, richness and protein content, lowers melting point of chocolate for a creamier mouthfeel, replaces carbohydrates. Hazelnut paste adds value and flavor to the food products with the high amount of vitamin, mineral and the source of energy it has.
Application:
Hazelnut Roasted Paste, with with high nutritional value, is a perfect addition to chocolates, mousses, batters, ice creams and parfaits. It can be used in cakes, ice creams, desserts, and chocolate truffle centres. Sweeten, or mix it with Caramel to make praline paste.
Storage:
Since this product does not contain any emulsifier, it will have separation with oil rising on top and hazelnut mass at the bottom. Stir the hazelnut paste thoroughly before use and store them preferably in a cool place to slow the nut oil separation.
