Main Desctiption:
Vacuum freeze drying machine is a piece of new generation food processing equipment researched, developed and produced by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced technology from abroad and combining advantages of products of other similar products in China. It is a new contribution made by our company to serve the food processing industry.
Being processed by the vacuum freeze drying, the physical, chemical and biological states of the material are basically unchanged. The volatile and nutritious contents in the material, which are easy to be denatured in a warm condition, will be lost a little. When the material is freezing dried, it will be formed into a porous one and its volume be basically the same to that before drying. Therefore, the processed material can be recovered quickly if being watered again, because of its large contacting area and it can be stored for a long period in a sealed vessel.
Main Principle:
It freezes the moisture material in the low temperature and makes the water inside sublimate directly in the vacuum condition. Then it collects the sublimated vapor by means of the condensing way so as to dewater and dry the material.
Main Features:
1. The vacuum system adoptes the combination of water-sealed pump and oil-sealed pump. At the initial stage, the air is rapidly exhausted by the high power oil seal pump unit. The working vacuum is maintained by the low power roots water-sealed pump unit, which can reduce energy consumption. Meanwhile, the water-sealed pump unit can also eliminate the vapor to prevent the pump oil from being emulsified and the deteriorated by the vapor due to bad draining performance of the oil seal pump and prevent the shortcoming of unstable vacuum degree in the system.
2. The closed water circulation system is adopted for heating. The three-way regulating valve is adopted to automatically adjust the heat supply of the water circulation system and precisely control the temperature of the heating plate. The nitrogen is used for automatic pressure stabilation so as to guarantee the working temperature of hot water is up to 120 degree.
3. The rear mounted and bottom mounted water catching cold traps are adopted. Compared with the split externally mounted cold trap, they are featured by short passageway, small resistance, smooth design of water and steam passageway, equal water catching and improved unique way of ammonia single-phase cycle Refrigeration, which has good stability of liquid supply for refrigeration and easy operation compared with universal liquid supply methods. The small and medium-sized equipment can adopt Freon and refrigeration and the flow can be adjusted by the expansion valve.
