Bodegas Val de Souto is a winery dedicated to producing white and red wine with Designation of Origin Ribeiro, with great value for money. Our facilities located entirely in Souto (Castrelo de Miño, Ourense, Spain) allow limited production, and this ensures the high quality of our wines.
Visual Phase: Yellow colour with light greenish hues, very clean and bright.
Olfactory Phase: Good aromatic intensity and marked typicality, where fruit memories of type russet apple, melon and Apricot intermingle with floral light notes.
Tasting Phase: Well-structured on the palate, with volume and a natural freshness that turns it into a wine of persistent finish.
Varieties of Grapevines: Treixadura, Godello and Loureira.
Vinification: 6 months in Steel Tanks and Wooden Barrels
