Since the beginning of 2003 we have also been able to offer Dutch veal in addition to our Argentinian beef. The success of the former is on the increase. This veal comes from a small Dutch community producer from the Peter farm, which produces top-quality veal on small farms. Only Holstein cattle are bred, in small herds and with great freedom of movement. Thanks to the animals' living conditions and the quality of the grazing, constant quality is ensured. The cattle have a chip implanted which enables the livestock producer to be located, even in the end product. This efficient stockbreeding leads to a meat that is especially tender and pale, with an excellent flavour. It has little fat and is extremely succulent. It contains many vitamins and is easily digested. The foregoing make it ideal for your summer dishes.
