Blend of ripe grapes from our vineyards. Manual grape harvest previous selection in the vineyard to avoid grapes and cluster breaks and thus early fermentation. Maceration and fermentation for eight days at low temperature with frequent pumping over to extract all the fruit aromas from the grape.
Wine is introduced into French and American oak barrels which provide the red and black flavors of tempranillo and the freshness and greenness of petit verdot with spices, coffee, Vanilla and coconut aromas and thus obtaining the best characteristics at the end of the 3 months it remains in the barrels.
Red mature cherry. Ripe black fruits aromas, like plum, Blackberry or cherry. Good fruit expression with reminiscence of liquorices, cocoa, coffee and spices which confer it complexity and elegance. Intense tannins, well structured and bodied. Lasting and pleasant. Recommended for aging.
