Our extra virgin olive oils proceeds from limited production areas of the mediterranean sierras in and round the community of Valencia. Thoses oils are sweet, not at all biter and with a slight almond taste. They have a clean aspect and a yellow colour from golden to old golden yellow. Varieties: - Arbequina from the Garrigue of Tarragona (Acidity: 0,16o) - Blanqueta from the Mariola sierra in Alicant (Acidity: 0,3o)
