Our main products are: A circular counter-flow cooling towers, a square counter-flow cooling towers, a square cross-flow cooling towers.
This tower is a counter flow design, carefully engineered with the optimum combination of heat transfer media, uniform air flow and even water distribution. They provide maximum air/water contact and low air pressure drop to assure efficient heat transfer while minimizing power requirements to save on operating costs. They are designed for long life and low maintenance at a competitive price.
Main Principle:
Round Bottle type cooling towers work on the principle of counter flow. This means that the water flows down while the air is pulled upwards by a fan. As the water flows further through the system, the air encounters is fresher, in other words cooler and less saturated with moisture.
Main Features:
1. Special composition of raw materials are selected to withstand corrosion, to resist water borne bacterias and organisms.
2. It is light in weight which permits roof installation without any special reinforcement.
3. Vertical induced draft counter-flow design permits installation in any direction with freedom.
4. It consumes less power (energy) overall because of less air resistance to water, saving in operational costs.
5. A direct driven axial fan ensures the system is free from problems faced with belt & gear drives.
6. The lowest noise blower and unique noise elimination technology is adopted to reduce the noise to a minimum level.
7. With reliable operation: All steel stainless brackets are galvanized and corrosion resistant. The usage life a twice longer compared with similar products.
8. Simple operation and maintenance: CTNC intelligent control system is adopted to realize labor free management.
9. All the motors are sealed, which can be used in the severe weather and circumstances.
10. The radiating film is made of polyvinyl chloride hard and heat-resisting. Brackets are galvanized and corrosion resistant. The usage life a twice longer compared with similar products.
The temperature in the water is up to 54° C and the special structure enables the water to touch the film in the biggest area with low air resistance. The energy exchanging efficiency is very high.
