Before the finished water enters into water filling machine, it can also be equipped with titanium rod filter in water filling line to filter bacteria having been killed to ensure drinking water safe. First, the preform need to be warmed in the oven of bottle blow molding machine, then they are blown into bottles in the mold by high pressure gas. When the yield of bottle blow molding machine is the same as the yield of 3 in 1 filling machine in water filling line, they can be directly connected by air conveyor. In water filling line, it can also be equipped with a bottle unscrambler. When the production of bottled water is finished during the day, bottle blow molding machine can continue to work to meet the production of the next day. Empty bottles are transferred to water bottling machine to be rinsing, filling, capping successively. After being capped, by the conveying system, bottles successively go through light checker (to detect whether the impurities exist in bottled water), date printer (to print the current production date on the surface of bottles), labeling machine , packing machine. When the yield of water filling line is large, it also can be equipped with a palletizer equipment. If the carton packaging machine is used in bottled water production line, it must be equipped with a drying machine to dry the water on the surface of bottles to avoid wetting cardboard. The water filling line achieves fully automated operation.
