The principle of steel structure and ground sifter structure milling machinery are similar. Only the whole structure is different. For the ground sifter, its sifter is placed on the same level with roller mill, and for the steel structure, its sifter is set up on the upper of mill, that is to say, the stocks pass through the sifter, and slide into mill instead of being sucked by blower with pipes to decrease the power consumption, at the same time easy to control the machine.
Considering the limited capacity of cyclone extractor, our company has developed and manufactured sifter classification milling machinery which adopts excellent bearing mill, aluminum double bin sifter, steel structure, the technique process is the same as large-sized flour factory.

Cleaning system:
Cleaning system consists of crude wheat cleaning and clean wheat cleaning. It adopts the technology of: sift three times, thrash twice, de-stone twice, and wash once, make sure the quality of the wheat before into mill.
