White flour T – 500 is a milling product, produced by milling cleaned and prepared wheat (Triticum aestivum).
Consistency of the product is free, liquid, granular and free of lumps.
Propose of use:
White flour T – 500 is suitable for white bread, bread rolls, croissants, etc. In comparison with special-purpose
white flour, it has a somewhat higher protein and mineral content. This type of flour is the most commonly used for making white bread and some other bakery products. World famous pizza dough is made of T-500. The product is used for food purposes. Heat treatment is needed.
