Raw or hulled white sesame seeds from Ethiopia. The seeds are the Humera type and are large and white in colour with a sweet aroma and taste.
Typically, these type of seeds are used in the production of the 'Tahini' or 'Tahin' Paste and also in the production of bakery and confectionery products such as 'Halva'.
The oil content of the seeds is between 48-50%.
