Hand plucked buds from a perfect 2 leaf and a bud are carefully detached from their stems during dawn to avoid any bud break from taking place. This ensures the bud to be succulent which provides a stronger cup of tea to the end customer.

These buds are plucked by aboriginies who have retained this knowledge for the past 50 years when they were first trained by the British during their colonization back in 1940's.
