Predio de Vascarlón winery was founded in 2003 as an initiative of the Calderon family, fruit of their long tradition in the wine business. It belongs to the DO Rueda , and owns more than 100 hectares of vineyards in a privileged location within the area. For decades these vineyards have been producing the best quality grapes of the Verdejo variety, exclusives to the area. The building of modern structure was built in 2003, has three buildings, one for elaboration, one for bottling activities and finally the social area. It is equipped with the most modern technology in order to assure top quality wines:

 

 

Atelier : Young white wine, elaborated 100% with verdejo grape , greenish light yellow colour. Shinny with green tones y the glass rim, expressive, intense ripe fruit aromas, with a subtle vegetable touch, strong personality, good balance in mouth, fresh, complex, good acidity special long aftertaste.

 

 

Tardevienes : White wine elaborated with verdejo and Viura grapes . Light yellow colour with greenish reflexes, shinny. Clean fruit aromas; grapefruit, hay, Citrus fruits with a base of fennel. In mouth fresh, tasty with notes of bitter fruits typical.
