The warranty does not cover misuse of the product.If you have a defective part,

Q: How often do I need to replace the atomizer?

A:   There is no set time on how often you need to replace the atomizer,

The life expectancy on the atomizer is about 3 to 9 months. when this

happens after the 90 day warranty, you can reorder the replacement atomizers.  

Q:Is this normal the atomzier gets hot when using?

A:   Normally, this happens due to "oversmoking", especially among heavy

smokers, Unlike traditional cigarettes, it's best not to take hard, long draws,

as this overheats the atomizer causes it to become hot and may damage

or shorten the life of the atomizer.
