Wood ear, which shape like the ear, and parasitize the dead wood, contains sugar, protain, fat, amino acid, vitamin and the mineral composition. Wood ear has soft texture, tender taste, special flavor, and it’s a good source of nutrients.

Wood ear can be exported either fresh or dried.
