Yellow Caturra is a name taken from coffee beans that grow at an altitude of 1500m Flores, Indonesia. Unlike most coffee beans, Yellow caturra has a yellow color, smaller shapes, harder and stronger aroma. This coffee bean only grows on 700 trees in the whole village. That is why this coffee bean is quite rare. The yellow characteristics of this small coffee bean are quite complex and rich for a single origin. Rich in aroma, high acidity, full body parts, complete with chocolate and nut flavor, and impressive. This is a new rising star of coffee, local people call it Colombian coffee.
